Default Behavior
If the caller doesn't press anything, route to Press 1 (New Inquiry) voicemail after a timeout. Most callers are new leads — don't lose them.
Front Tagging
Each branch feeds into Front with a tag: "New Lead" or "Existing Client". Separate queues, separate assignment rules, separate SLAs if needed.
24/7 Operation
Since everything goes to voicemail, the IVR runs the same flow at all hours. No business-hours logic needed. Callers get the same professional experience at 2 AM as at 2 PM.
Parent-Friendly
Greeting uses "you or your student" language. Parents are a known caller segment — they should feel this is designed for them too.
Greeting Recording
RingOver supports text-to-speech, self-recording, or audio upload. A professional voice recording is recommended for the branded greeting.
Email Fallback
Press 2 mentions the support email as an alternative. Current clients who don't want to leave a voicemail have a second option. Confirm the correct email address with Kevin.
